7NUTRITION OMEGA 3 is a dietary supplement containing high-quality oil concentrate, which is a source of fatty acids (EPA and DHA) from the omega-3 family, in the form of soft capsules.

Taking omega-3 fatty acids has a beneficial effect on the function of the cardiovascular system (when consuming a total of 250mg of EPA and DHA daily).

Their use in the diet reduces the level of triglycerides, increases the beneficial HDL cholesterol and reduces blood clotting, which protects the heart and the circulatory system.

Omega-3 fatty acids are a part of a diet that supports weight loss.

INGREDIENTS: Fish oil (source of omega 3 fatty acids); shell (gelatin, water, humectant – glycerol), D-alpha-tocopherol (Vitamin E).

  • Take 1-2 capsules once a day with a meal.
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
