How much does UK delivery cost?
Delivery is free on UK orders over £99.00. Orders placed and paid before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Can I collect my order from the Reading store?
Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and we’ll email you when your order is ready at 443 Oxford Road, Reading RG30 1HD. Collection is free.
How can I pay?
Pay by bank transfer after placing your order. Use your order number as the payment reference. We don’t take cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
What is your returns policy?
You can return unopened, unused products within 28 days of dispatch for an exchange or a refund of the price paid. Email us first with your order number and we’ll guide you through it.
