Returns Policy

You can return any unopened, unused purchase within 28 days of dispatch. The date the items were dispatched to you by us will be detailed in the documentation with your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging. You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability, or receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges). The refund can only be made to the card used when paying for the order. We will email you when the item has been received and will inform you when the credit has been made to your card account. This is usually within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in the item’s cost and any additional delivery costs. We will tell you what this is so you can arrange payment.

How to return items?

First of all, please get in touch with us by email at info@6pack-supplements.co.uk and provide your order number, full name, and the reason for your return. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.
Please wrap your parcel in its original packaging and securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. Please note that we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We advise you to obtain a proof of posting certificate if using the Post Office and always get a tracked service/signed for.

All orders placed and paid before 2.00 pm Monday – Friday will be sent out the same day and delivered according to the chosen delivery option, but this is not guaranteed.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
