How do I join?
Create or sign in to your shop account and join Sixpack Rewards after accepting the terms. Joining is free and new members receive 10 Sixpack Points once. You do not have to subscribe to marketing emails.
When do my Sixpack Points arrive?
When your payment clears. Until then they show as pending in your account.
Can I earn and spend them in the Reading store?
Not at the moment. Rewards are available on website orders only, including Click & Collect orders placed online.
What are Sixpack Points worth?
250 Sixpack Points = a £5 voucher, 500 Sixpack Points = a £10 voucher, 1,000 Sixpack Points = a £20 voucher. Swap whenever you like.
Do Sixpack Points expire?
Points expire after 12 months without a paid purchase, starting from joining if you have not bought yet. Each paid purchase restarts that period. A voucher already exchanged lasts 90 days from issue.
What if I return something?
Points earned on returned or cancelled purchases are removed. Product refunds remove the corresponding points; delivery-only refunds do not. If those points have already been spent, your points balance can fall below zero and future points make up the difference. We never charge you money for a negative points balance.
Can I use a voucher with a discount code?
Use one rewards voucher per order. It cannot be combined with the 6PS10 welcome offer or another code marked as individual use. Check any other promotion’s conditions.
Key terms
- UK online customers aged 18+ can join for free with a shop account. Membership is separate from marketing consent. Points start on eligible orders placed after the rewards programme opens.
- Earn 1 Sixpack Point per whole eligible £1 paid after discounts, excluding delivery. Points are credited once payment clears. Gift items do not earn points.
- New members receive 10 Sixpack Points once when joining. Online Click & Collect orders earn 5 extra points. Referral, multi-buy and double-point bonuses are not currently active.
- Refunded or cancelled purchases lose the points they earned; partial product refunds reverse the corresponding proportion. Delivery-only refunds do not remove product points. If points have already been spent, the balance may become negative until future earnings make up the difference. No money is owed for a negative points balance.
- Swap 250 Sixpack Points for a £5 voucher. Vouchers last 90 days, are for your account only, can be used once online and have no cash value. One rewards voucher per order; delivery is excluded. No combination with 6PS10 or other individual-use codes.
- Only eligible products earn points or accept rewards vouchers. Excluded products are identified in the shop.
- Points expire after 12 months without a paid purchase, measured from joining until your first paid purchase. Online orders only, including Click & Collect.
- We may change or close the scheme with 30 days’ notice. Issued vouchers keep their original expiry.
